Our rates are per room and night incl. VAT as well as the local tax to the municipality Fuschl am See of € 1,10 (in winter 80 Cent) and include:

• Stay in comfortable rooms in the traditional style with much wood, mainly light wood, a cosy atmosphere, colour TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, hair-dryer, soap, shower gel/shampoo; the most part of the rooms is with balcony.
• Rich breakfast with a wide choice of freshly prepared products, served to the table - no buffet!
• Use of our solar-heated outdoor pool with large lawn – only in summer!
• W-Lan access for free 
• Parking lot directly at the house.

Dinner
Upon request you can book your vacation with half-board. The rate for the dinner (menu, 3 courses) is € 12,50 per person and meal; small portions for children or seniors: € 9,00.
During your holidays it’s also possible to change from half-board to bed and breakfast, but then only for the rest of your stay and – because of organisational reasons – not daily.
Please note that during the winter months our à-la-carte restaurant is closed. But as usual we offer all overnight-stay guests our halfboard menu and small snacks during the day.

Booking:
Only after the receipt of your deposit of 20 % (at least 100,- €) of the whole lodging rate your reservation is considered as a definitive booking. This prepayment has to be booked to our account within 2 weeks after our written confirmation. In the case of your cancellation until 3 months before your arrival, we don’t charge cancellation fees; in the case of your cancellation within this period, we will calculate the cancellation fees according to the „Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie“. (= “General business conditions of hotel industry”):

Cancellation:
Until 3 months before the arrival: no cancellation fees
Until 1 month before the arrival: 40 %
Until 1 week before the arrival: 70 %
Less than 1 week: 90 %

For your own security we recommend the conclusion of travel insurance. We co-operate with the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” (=”European Travel Insurance”) and could arrange this assurance for you. We gladly would like to provide you with more information.

Dogs and other pets
We cannot accept domestic animals, especially dogs in our house. We kindly ask you to respect this regulation.

Smoking
In our house smoking is not allowed. We thank you for your comprehension.
